The bathroom renovation that Wellman just completed was a positive experience from beginning to end. The estimate was very well done in a very detailed and professional manner. The expertise and patience of the design staff in helping to pick out tile, paint colors and accessories was very much appreciated. Lastly, each subcontractor who completed the different phases of the remodel was knowledgeable and very efficient. The project manager who oversaw the job made sure that all phases of the job were coordinated. He communicated with us frequently and was always available to address any concerns. The bonus was that the job was actually completed a day earlier than the original projection. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Wellman again for future projects.
We had our bathroom redone. We had 3 estimates. One was from a major contractor whose estimate was almost $10,000 more. One was about the same price, but it was mostly labor and we had to supply almost everything ala carte.We saw a neighbor’s bathroom which was done by the Wellman Co. and were very pleased with the quality of what we saw. From the design help done with Sharifa, it was a very pleasant experience. All of the workers were polite and on time. The project was completed in the time frame suggested. We had a few minor adjustments which were handled promptly. We were extremely pleased with the outcome!

We are loving our new kitchen and get compliments every time someone sees it for the first time. The new cabinet arrangement and larger island have made it much easier to keep things organized. Duane and Sharifa Wellman were a pleasure to work with and true professionals. I relied on Sharifa heavily for color and tile choice and I know she did a much better job than I could have on my own. Wellman gave me an estimate, but I’d originally decided to go with another company, however the other company wouldn’t be able to get to my job by the time needed. I contacted Wellman again and they were willing to match the estimate and were able to professionally complete the work when I needed. Another impressive thing was that Duane brought tons of drop cloth and protected my rug from the front door all the way down the basement stairs and the complete area he worked on. The finished counter top looks wonderful and I’m hoping to use this company for my other contracting needs. By the way, Sharifa of their office was very pleasant too!
